Joe's professional singing career took off at full speed when, at 16, he was handpicked out of 3500 teenagers to join The Young Americans. International tours and network television appearances followed.
Before long, word of Joe's talents led to offers from Jim Nabors, Sally Struthers, Ann-Margret, Peter Marshall and Mama Cass Elliott. Joe recently had the honor of attending the dedication of Ms. Elliott's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Joe's career has run the gamut from high profile backers' auditions in both NYC and Los Angeles to countless radio and television jingles, including the theme song for Sally Struthers' spin-off television series "Gloria".
He was subsequently invited to sing for "President and Mrs. Regan", "President Jimmy Carter" and appeared on "Good Morning America", "The Addams Family" movie, and "Scrooged" starring Bill Murray.
Joe has performed for many high-profile celebrities including one of his heros, Mel Torme', inspiring him to release his highly touted CD titled, "A Tribute to Mel Torme'".
Currently, Joe has developed and is performing his celebrated one-man-show, "Monday Monday", based on his extraordinary experiences in the entertainment industry. He is also musical director and a member of the iconic "Modernaires" who were recently inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
When not traveling internationally, Joe and his wife, celebrated photographer Mary Ann Halpin, are currently based in Palm Springs California.
